Matador drags you out of the comfort zone to take you on a dimly desperate escapade through the shadiest streets of the modern Wild West where despair and a glimpse of hope live on the same corner.

After releasing double single containing proper ballad-like heartbreaker aka 'My Apologies' and not-to-be-messed-with rocker track 'La Dolce Vita', The Howlers are back in the race with a brand-new single, 'Matador'. They are furious biker indie rock from East London, under These Bloody Thieves Records and already being noticed by outlets like Radio X and Clash Magazine, they are here to stay.

Lyrically 'Matador'  is straight to the point, not an overcomplicated composition, making it even stranger and impactful. While listening to the muffled ‘Try to sell my soul to the only one I know’, to the desert rock with a psychedelic twist, you can’t help but trip along with the band to the track.

Rockabilly trashy riffs and marching-like drums bangs, all layered up, create an atmosphere of unease and desire to get lost in this unholy mess. 'Matador' is a song to catch the devil by its horns to. It’s an anthem of the world where the soul has lost its value in the face of utter confusion. Madly brilliant.

'Matador' by The Howlers is out on September 27 on all major streaming platforms and band’s social media.
