Leicester's ever chaotic and outspoken Jools are back with their subsequent single 'Spineless', after a successful debut with 'Hysterical Starving Naked', there is no energy lost here. 'Spineless' is the first single from the band to released under These Bloody Thieves Records, with the band continuing to gain traction with their own form of enraged outpourings.
'Spineless' is venomous, frontman Mitchell Gordon spitting out vitriolic lyrics, accompanied by Ellis Crowson, Chris Johnston, Sam Shooter, Tom Selby and Peter Mcleod, providing all the crashing, thudding and melody needed. Jools are a band filled with authenticity and vigour. This is a band who will not hold back from telling us what they think of society.
The first thing you should do after isolation, (because you should be staying inside!) is see a Jools show, it'll be the kind of release that you need.
